Welcome to the Wilds, one of the largest and most innovative conservation centers in the world!

Board a Safari Transport for an incredible viewing experience of rare and endangered animals from around the world. See Asian rhinos, giraffes, cheetahs, African wild dogs and many other threatened species living in natural, open-range habitat at the Wilds’ 10,000-acre center. Friendly and knowledgeable guides help you learn about the animals and the Wilds’ important conservation work.

2008 visitor season hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily in June, July and August, and Saturdays and Sundays in May, September and October.

For a special Wilds experience, consider a Sunset Safari tour that begins with dinner, then a twilight Open-Air Safari during feeding time when the animals are most active. These tours are available Saturdays June through September by reservation.

Visits to the Gift Market, Overlook Café, Butterfly Habitat, and Birding Outpost complete your memorable day at the Wilds.

The Wilds is conveniently located near the intersection of I-70 and I-77 in southeastern Ohio.
